Rates include insurance, maintenance and unlimited mileage. Minimum charge is one-day rental except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Excess hour is charged at one fifth of daily rates. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All rates are quoted in Singapore currency and are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Vehicle insured up to cover unlimited third-party liability and property damage up to S$500,000.

Please write down the other party vehicle (s) license number, make & colour, as well as the
driver’s details and contact information. You will require to take photos of the accident before
moving the vehicle as evidence. The Hirer must inform us immediately and shall not admit
liability. Should there be any bodily injuries, the Hirer must report to the respective authorities
within 24 hours.

This additional cover may be arranged at the request of the hirer, which provides coverage of up to S$10,000 for the driver and S$40,000 collectively for the passengers (up to maximum of four passengers).

You can collect and return the vehicle at our office. Should there be a need for delivery & collection services, a service fee is applicable from S$30.00 onwards during office hours only From: Mon – Fri (0930Hrs – 1730Hrs) & on Sat (0930Hrs – 1200 Hrs).

Hirer should refill the petrol to the same level when he/she collected the vehicle. If the tank is not refuel to the same level, the cost of petrol plus a service charge of S$10 will be levied.

Hirer is responsible for all parking and traffic violations and it is the responsibility of the hirer to have the cash card for ERP gantry.

Vehicles are strictly for Singapore use only. If the hired vehicle is driven into Malaysia, the hirer shall be responsible for the full cost of Recovery/Towing charges back to Singapore in the event of a breakdown plus an unlimited liability should an accident occur. However, hirer may elect for the option to use the hired vehicle in Malaysia by informing Wellcome's office in advance so that authorization, insurance, recovery and towing service can be arranged at S$35.00 per day or S$300.00 per month. The excess liability for Malaysia use will be double of the Singapore excess.

Wellcome Motor Agencies provides a 24-Hour Emergency Breakdown and Towing Service at no cost to the hirer, in the event that the vehicle or its replacement suffers a breakdown or accident within mainland Singapore.

The hirer agrees that punctured tyres, empty petrol tank, loss of car key or key locked inside the vehicle by itself, does not constitute a breakdown and in the event that the 24-Hour Emergency Service is called upon to respond to such occurrence, the hirer shall bear the cost of such response at S$50.00 service charge per trip and other cost of replacing the parts.

Should the hirer wish to extend the rental period, it is important that Wellcome is informed immediately. An advance payment is required to extend the rental period, failing which the driver is driving without insurance.

The estimated rental charge for the period plus a deposit is payable upon taking delivery of the vehicle. Final adjustment will be made upon return of the vehicle and completion of the rental. Please note that there will be no refund in the event that the hired vehicle is returned earlier before the due date.
Payment can be made via Visa/MasterCard, Nets and cash.

Only registered driver with Wellcome Motor Agencies is able to drive the vehicles, no insurance will be covered for those who are not registered. We would allow 1 additional driver to be registered for free. Subsequent drivers can be registered at a fee of S$10.00 per day.

No, no refunds or discounts will be given. The Hirer will be charged according to the fee of rental as agreed.
